Hello am Mr Vicent from Tanzania i had a business with Ibrahim Jaman April 2019 my business with him was Camera Nikon D850 plus one lens i payed for it and he gave me a contact where i should pay to but until now i recieved nothing he just tells me i have to pay some amount for shipment i asked him we stop the business and i need my refund back he said that he's not in charge of refund he gave me the contact of whom is responsible for refunds and the just in need of money
