I called customer service to find out about the emergency Broadband subsidy. The lady that I talked to did not seem to have enough information for what I needed and then on top of that she tried to upsell me when I told her I was not interested. Upselling me is a great way to lose my service. User's recommendation: The first time a customer says they're not interested quit the upselling.
