Concern about the amount I don't know Good morning. This will be the second time I complaint about your rotten service and being defrauded by Justin, I never received any respond from your offices. Statement: Last year I deposited R520 into my account into my account, then I struggled to place orders as I lost my smartphone. During that time I used to received sms'es reminding me that I still have R520 on my account! Then in December I bought a smart phone then checked my account and trully it reflected. But in January when I checked it was not the anymore, I asked the Sales leader about the matter but she gave me suspecting reasons and told me that it will reflect within 30 days... I placed orders hoping that R520 will cover the orders I placed, but I paid for it... February I placed the orders which were held (R673), then I paid for them to be released, then the orders with the invoice that I have to pay R722 which now is R712! Then yesterday I recieved a message that I have been charged R50 over due to my account. Where does that R720 came from? No one seems to even bother to contact me about the matter. I handed the first email to the head office. I have realised I'm not the only one who have been defrauded by Justine, as many people are Now I have contacted fraud line in Russia for the matter to be investigated.
