Hello My Name is jemma palmer. I am a very loyal customer of yours and by a wide range of your products. However over the last couple of purchase of the automatic sprays I have fond the lids to be snapped therefore I can used them This has happened a few times and would like to speak to some one about it. I have tired calling but I am on hold for over half an hour and once I got through the line went dead. This just adds to the frustration. The lids done go back on then me and my husband have to use out fingers to get any spray out mannual. Please can you help resolve this and restore my faith back into your products
