I have been waiting for an order for 3 months now, I have kept in touch with edge park trying to make everything smooth. My order was supposed to ship today and now they tell me they need a prescription and medical notes from my doctor and pre authorization from insurance. I had both already but they say they were not entered into their (edge park) computer and that they do not check to see if everything is in order until the ship date. So now here I am with no supplies, which can be a matter of life and death, and all they say is sorry for the confusion. If I ran my business like that I would be out of business. I can only hope that I can find another medical supply house that does better.Stay away do NOT use. User's recommendation: do NOT use.
