I ordered some items on 05/07 from another horrible company (That Daily Deal) in TN. I live in L.A. It took Pitney Bowes(Newgistics) almost 5 weeks to send it to their facility in California and give it to USPS who delivered it 2 days later. Pitney Bowes has by far the worst record for customer satisfaction and it is impossible to reach them because most of their numbers are not even in service and when you find one that works you can't talk to a person and their menu is useless. Do not use any company who uses Pitney Bowes. They suck big time. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything online if the shipper is Pitney Bowes, you will regret it.
