Couldn't have been happier by the service I got from the staff here. I am shocked reading these other negative reviews! I was extremely extremely skeptical. I am retired with fixed income, so spending $4,000 really scared me, but their operation made sense so I risked it! With this sale/rental program I did, TSBO basically rents your timeshare until one of your renters wants to make you a sale offer. I figured even if they rent it for me I couldn't lose... It took 3 rentals but my agent closed in just under 96 days on a sale offer. Price it to sell and this company will do just that! Thank you TSBO!
