I was scheduled to take my test on Saturday March 27 at 12:30pm. I received a confirmation email at 2:00 am informing me to be there 15 minutes early. I did as I was asked and arrived 40 minutes early just to be safe, seeing as I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to the facility. Upon arrival, there was a printed message taped to the front door stating the facility was closed on Friday and Saturday. I waited hoping someone would show up but no one did. Four other people were there to take the test and had no idea it would have been closed. Calling the number on the email was not a great help. I was put on hold and then hung up on. The next time I called they said they would make an incident report - I am unaware if that happened or not.
