test strips

2

I'm a brittle diabetic and need to test my bloodsugars at least 6x a day. Suddenly some YOYO in my healthplan decided that 1x a day is enough for me. My doctor has let that healthplan know my daily problems and that's a necessity to test. I'm walking on egg shells to drive my car, do shopping, etc. because I don't have strips. Is there anybody who can see the dangers in driving and my daily duties? I'm not only putting myself in danger but the other drivers as well. Contact my doctor Dr. Harvey Learner, 215 E.Main St., Smithtown, NY Tel.# [protected]. My membership ID [protected]-11 I have been avoiding Emergency Room visits, Hospital stays etc. because of my regular testing. Doesn't it make sense to test more than once? Anna
