Terrible unprofessional customer service from manager named Ron at 3411 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY location

Your store manager, at the Buffalo NY location on Bailey Avenue was very rude & extremely unprofessional. He became very combative with me concerning a payment that was made on this past Saturday, 1/16/21. I spoke w/an employee named "LaNeal" or "Oneal" who assisted me over the phone w/making a confirmed payment amt of 257.70. The payment was due on Friday 1/15/21, however by the time I thought of making the payment the store had already closed for the day. I went online to make the payment but the late fee amt was already assessed. Therefore, I called & spoke w/the above mentioned employee & he confirmed w/me over the phone the payment late fee would be waived & processed to my understanding, the payment of 257.70 minus the late fee amt. The employee LaNeal stated verbally the payment amt of 257.70 & when asked about a receipt he said one would be sent to my email address. The very next day I checked my bank acct & realized I had been charged the late fee which I was told would be waived for the months payment. The late fee amt has been previously waived for me with no issues so I was amazed at how the manager acted when I expressed to him I had spoken w/another employee on Sunday, 1/17/21 named Manzi or Manzy & he said he would leave a note for the manager, Ron to have him void the payment on Monday, 1/18/21 & all I would need to do is remake the payment once I see the funds have been returned to my acct. I checked my bank acct today & noticed the payment of 282.38 was still reflected on my acct. I immediately called the store & the employee (LaNeal) answered phone. He right away apologized for his error w/the payment he processed & further said he wasn't paying attention & in error the 282.38 was processed instead of the agreed or confirmed amount of 257.70. LaNeal said Ron hadn't taken care of the error yet but assured me it would be done before end of day. As the day went on I decided to callbck to make sure the error would be corrected this day & Ron answered & to my disbelief he all but called me a liar. He said the employee adamantly told me the amt I would be paying is the original amt of 282.38 & that is absolutely not true!! I know what was expressed & agreed upon; otherwise I would' of made the payment online instead of contacting the office & I've spoken w/two different employees in regards to my concern. If it was agreed upon to make a payment of 282.38 why am I calling to confirm the late fee waiver? I felt something was apparently wrong w/the manager he sounded very unstable. Had he been drinking on drugs or what? I've never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction or regard. I was treated very disrespectfully & I am amazed. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER, NO REASON TO BE TREATED THE WAY YOUR MANAGER TREATED ME. I AM APPALLED & IT WILLL BE PUBLICLY BROUGHT TO LIGHT.
