Bought lake home in Shelby, AL on 10/17. Got insurance with Gulfstream thru JC Bennett. They attempted to cancel this policy several times for no reason. My mortgage company billed me for insurance as they finally cancelled in Oct '18. After numerous calls and emails, policy was renewed. Then I got another cancellation notice in January '19 to be cancelled on 2/19/19. That was the final straw. I then got another policy with another company that also insures my primary home and cars. Now I am trying to get my money refunded by Gulfstream. They owe me $1,000+ and my escrow account is ~$700 under water. If they don't soon send me this refund, I will contact AL Insurance Commission. I beg people NOT to use this company. They are beyond pathetic...
