Terrible site
The website of the online store looks decent, but when I start placing an order, a lot of problems appear. For example, when I go to the shopping cart, some buttons are not visible to me. To rectify the situation, technical support recommends changing the browser. I did so, I saw the buttons. But going through the buttons and filling in the required fields, I saw that the information was added incorrectly. For example, one template is specified in the field for entering a phone number, and when I add my phone number in compliance with the necessary rules, the system gives an error. My ZIP code also does not show which region and city I am in and I’ve to enter them manually. Further, the data about my credit card is saved incorrectly and I’ve to add this information again when placing an order. Besides the fact that it is inconvenient, takes a lot of time, it can lead to errors and then I have to enter everything again. It seems to me that the guys need to completely redesign the site and thoroughly test it. At least I would like it to work not in one browser, but cross-browser.
