After you submit your text they find ways to tack on additional charges saying, well we can print it the way you sent it but we can’t be responsible for it. My recommendation: Make sure there is a direct contact, a person who is knowlegable and able to expedite your needs and wants for a publication. Final compilation and payments are ambiguous.

Your company is note worthy in its presentation; However, the details of submitting and paying for the production is lacking and void of direct action. I suggest you look at this and make it simple and direct. My further details are unneccesary at this moment.
