My parcel was collected by Parcel Force booked through Parcel Hero, I paid the extra insurance. Subsequently my parcel was wrongly delivered and then lost, I am out of pocket £400 plus the cost of shipping. I have had 41 e mails with customer service and claims the claims dept agreed the parcel was lost i sent all of the relevant requested information only to be told by customer service my claim was invalid due to the parcel being delivered User's recommendation: Do not use this company the customer service is absolute Rubbish.
