Terrible service, awful communication

Being treated for breast cancer I have an Rx that needs to be delivered every three months. Virtually EVERY month there is a problem with the delivery. When I call, I need to go through the byzantine phone tree to reach a patient care advocate (ha) who rarely knows anything. phone call may be monitored for quality does NOT appear to be working. There is no quality. If you have any way to avoid using this *** company do so! And oh by the way take a look at the compensation packages the leadership team takes in every year. Who cares about service when your millions are rolling in. And people still believe the US is the best country for healthcare. For about 3% of the population perhaps it is? User's recommendation: Avoid if at all possible.
