Terrible service and skyrocketing rates

CREDO has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Every problem became a month long ordeal dealing with one after another customer service rep who couldn't help me. There were always problems and more problems. I must have logged dozens of hours trying to clear up problems with them , and always a regress to a new problem Their operators could rarely fix whatever was wrong. I often had to escalate to talk to supervisors. At the end of my two year contract, CREDO doubled my rates without even telling me. Once I realized, I called them repeatedly to complain and they ultimately promised to let me keep my original rate. Then it turned out that the operator was not being truthful. The rates never changed. . After several months of repeated calls, being put on hold, beoing promised call backs that never materialized, I finally started doing customer service via email so there would be a paper trail. Once I did that, they admitted that they would not be honoring what their assistant had promised me, and that I would continue to be charged twice my original rate. Needless to say, by then, I had racked up a huge cost. I canceled my service and will recommend to anyone I can to avoid CREDO. I suggest you make donations to good causes yourself, and save your phone service for a fair, competent carrier that will not cheat you.
