My Husband never got his Final set of dentures. They adjusted his temporary ones like they were his finals! He he paid for his first set after having Dr. West do his extractions, (Which is The Best for this) Dr. Jones who was the So Called Dentist a Affordable Dentures at the time never examined or did work on my husband! This company only sold us Temporary Dentures! After buying the first Basic Economy set, which i now believe they were a temporary pair, that turned black in between the teeth after 3 or 4 months. So he went back before the 18 months to upgrade ran out and did another impression for another more expensive, The Premium set. They never did fit after religning them twice. The next visit, they said they would have to start charging for religning, Which was a Pad they put in them to help stop slipping. They also trimmed them. Anyway, we gave up! Then in 2018 i called to see what would it cost for religning them. They said they would have to do another impression, and charge all over again for this and charge for another set! Told us that he never got his Finals according to their charts. The office girl and the corporate office said, it was his fault he didn’t come back! Now, they never in those 2 years called us, emailed, us or mailed us a letter. They sold out to another dentist, because Dr. Jones who my husband never seen, retired. Only the lab workers did impressions for both sets of temporaries!! This new dentist, and knowing my husbands chart was still there, and the front office girl told me he never got his Finals, this new Dentist new owner, says he isn’t responsible to order him his Finals. Yes, i saved all my reciepts and made copies and saved on my phone where the warranty for Premium Dentures $1600 were under warranty for 4 years. After you receive them!!! So, i need a lawyer who will fight for our rights to either get our money back or a Final set out of 2 sets we paid for!!! I agree Totally DO NOT TRUST TUPELOs Affordable Denture office!!! BEWARE!! My husband is scared, how they might treat him, if they are forced to make this right, and agree to fit him for his Final set!!!!!!!!!! They Owe him for!! He needs Compensation for not being able to wear these cheaply made temps, for over 3 years. April 2020 will be 4 years eating without dentures by only his gums!! I think, it has been too long for eating painfully with no teeth you Ignorant, un-caring, and incompetent Company!!!! I hope your Teeth All Rot Out and You all have to go through this pain with no Teeth!!!
