Stopped in at the Kanawha City, WV CB for lunch. My wife and I were seated and was quickly greeted by our server. Ordered our drinks and also ordered two Cheeseburger with steak fries. No big deal.....about twenty five minutes later the burgers showed up. We were hoping for nice juicy burgers but they both were well done and almost burnt. We did complain and were offered new burgers but did not want to wait any longer. not want to wait any longer. User's recommendation: If you order something and it does not meet your standards make a complaint.
