Terrible customer service poor quality flowers

Outraged that in good faith I sent flowers to my daughter in Bahrain. Yellow roses and white Calla Lilies. After two days I wrote that the Calla Lilies were dying and was told they were fresh when delivered! A comment like that made me very angry. On day four I sent a video to Customer Services showing that the roses were dead and showed another arrangement received the same day as the Roses and Cala Lilies and they still looked as fresh as day one. By the end of day four the arrangement went in the bin. 42Bd of garbage ! The video that I sent was not commented on. Beware, don't use this overpriced rip off company . I attempted to download pics but says file is too large. Its as shame as clearly this company has got to be exposed.
