Terrible customer service and account management

I have been a Brinks customer for 3 years.. I sold my home and was ready to cancel services.. three days to try to find someone to help, only to find out I have to pay 1470 extra for the equipment that I won't be able to take with me and after I have been paying 60 a month. Can't place account on hold so I can find a new place home.. terrible. I will NEVER contract with this or any alarm company again.. User's recommendation: Stay Away from BRINKS...
