They don’t know how their interface works. It’s impossible to schedule and finish implementation with them before the 30 day trial and then they lock you into a 2 year agreement. They are awful. When you do the implementation they don’t even know their own interface well enough to show others how to use it. Terrible terrible. Save yourself about 15 hours of frustration and reporting charge back to your old company. Don’t do this unless you are a glutton for punishment.
