Terrible Arlo customer service

Customer service is horrible. Multiple issues with faulty cameras. Only resolution, after one month of trouble shooting was to buy a new camera. I received product on May 19. Fedex web tracking confirms this. I am not happy with product. I want to return for refund. I have called the 866 703-**** number provided in packing slip. I phoned yesterday. I was told that status was shipped and not received, and would have to changed to received. I was told a return label would be emailed by yesterday evening or today at latest. I phoned today at 3:00 my time. I am told same thing. I leave country tomorrow for six months. User's recommendation: Stay away. No support.
