My bill just keeps getting Higher and higher yet I haven't done anything different I don't have central heat or air one window unit in the summer and two spaces heaters in winter stays on 75 no matter what barely use my stove do minimal laundry keep lights off besides one and a TV and my bill was always around 130.00$ always now it's been 640.00 for 2months and they give no extensions cut off so they can get the reconnection fee won't send someone out to look at my meter that's been on my house 40 plus years and I have a transformer that looks burnt and u can hear it humming noone showed up to look at that either and they are a monopoly which I thought was illegal and as a consumer I should have choices in utility companies but I don't
