TERRIBLE AGENCY , PLEASE STAY AWAY. If I can give 0 stars I would do that. They are extremely unprofessional , impossible to reach them by phone . Shady practices, unfortunately they were in my company recommended list ( My agency is in the process of validating them). I got my foreign degree evaluated through them three years back when I joined the agency. ( it was tough task back then also) , I'd requested them a duplicate copy only to be informed after couple of days that they have to restart the whole process after two years.( Imagine that !!) . Im in process of checking this with department of education and justice department.
