It is unfair to charge a termination fee for such a cheap cellular phone. The phone number assigned to me was a former customer phone number and I received calls from strangers. I had to call their customer services office to terminate the services. The contract demands to be a member of the AARP and paid their annual fees to receive special offers. User's recommendation: Look for a better cellular phone.
