When I send out mail from my Cox Account there is an ad type message that appears in the mail that others get from me. I have found no way to remove it. Cox says that it is acting as a virus but is not removed with antivirus apps. Cox says that they will clean it out if I sign up for a $10.00 monthly plan. I have been a Cox customer for the past 30 years and this is what I get from them. I wrote to tellwut.com for help and they acted as they knew nothing about the ad. The ad appeared in the letter that I sent them! I never joined Tellwut.com and didn't know they existed until this happened. Antivirus apps are no help. Cox is no help. Tellwut is no help! User's recommendation: Keep this in mind if you deal with Cox or Tellwut.
