I was in this bank 4–5 times after moving to this neighborhood two weeks ago. This bank is located across the street from my house, so it is the most convenient variant for me. There are many ATMs and all of them are always working and I like that. Tellers spoil everything. They are friendly and nice and that’s good. But they are too lazy. Every time I came there this week, only one teller was working, and all the rest were talking behind the teller. Just in front of the clients! What is their manager doing? That is really annoying! It would be OK, if there was only one client in the branch. But 3 clients were standing in line, and they just neglected that.
