Telkom cellphone contract that was given to me!

Hi my name is nomvuyiso mkulisi my id no:[protected], iam living in a place called Rietspruit of which is situated in mpumalanga south africa, i was contacted by one of the sales consultant from mondo offering me that i qualify for a top up package from mondo, i agreed to take the offered contract deal of (Two )Huawei p smart 2021 with a monthly payments of R530 per month, for both contract phones, and then the time passed by they delivered the phones as promise and at the end of the month they start debit of R530 as agreed on the phone when they called me via phone, they continue debit for 3 months on the forth month they called me telling me that they blocking my line cause iam not paying my account, i told them i never missed a payment for past tree month i can see if they debit monthly it all go through, amd then send them the proof of payment of which is my bank statement for 3 months, they reply by saying thanks we will sort the matter, after a week they block my lines from both phones, i then decided to go to Telkom shop in secunda cause i dnt know the mondo telkom shop we meet by phone and conclude everything by phone, even in Telkom they told me they see the payments for past 3 months but they dn't understand what is happening i must give them 3 days maybe the matter will be resolved up until now, i keep on receiving different notification from mondo now for R530, R693, R574 from each month now i dn't understand what is happening amd no one is answering me, when i call them the asked for statement i sent it to them but nothing after that, but my phones are still blocked even now can u pls help mei called them on [protected] they asked for bank statement and then keep quiet.i will send u the bank statements u will see it as well thanxs my alternative number is:[protected] or [protected] thanxs pls help me i dnt know what to do now!!!(my statement password) is( my id-number) on top thanxs
