I had purchased the tv today it was last 1 in stock and it was on display so there was no box they just wrapped it in plastic. When I got home and plugged in tv the screen was cracked. Returned to store immediately and they refused to do anything about it. Before tv was wrapped it was working. If the tv was in a box it would only be opened outside the store and if it was damaged they would replace it. The tv was wrapped in store with No one around I signed the paper work to say tv was fine while it was on the shelf I never saw it being wrapped and it was only wrapped in a plastic bag. When it was in my possession I handled it carefully and made sure it could not get damaged. And I when switching on and finding the problem returned to store immediately
