My service stopped working and the support could not figure out a fix, so I cancelled the service and went with another VOIP provider. Their support only responds via email and reads them in the late evening. No follow ups. This went on for 10+ days back and forth. I paid for one year and cancelled early still no refund. I did get the $39 back when I returned the grandstream device. User's recommendation: Do not use AXVOICE.
