Tech support call me,re : your wi-fi extender video’s

Nothing has happened, no reply to my issue and Their sending as per their videos, etc.. The Wi-Fi Extender. It has been over a month since no resolve. At this point I'm Planning to be returning this problem Weather Station System Product . User's recommendation: Do not buy any products from this problem company that does take care of its customers.

》 Service is loisy, i have a technical problem but they will not take my call. Cannot send an E-mail because i need a modle number but it will not accept a modle number.
