Tech been mannerless/rudeless

I went into my dialysis centers d the was wet and I decided to cleaned the water off the floor and the Technician asked me to pickup the dirty towel on the floor and I refused because it is not my responsibility to clean floor and then up towel. Tech was just there standing. Pls they retrain all the staffs. I can’t recommend a patient to go to Davita at 15204 Omega drive, Rockville Md 20850.
