Talk to rep i paid my money and my calls are not coming through so I had to pay to talk that’s ***

Im not happy that my full amount was not refunded ,when I had to pay for three calls from my son when I had an account funded through yall and it did not go through at all. I will not refer anyone to use this system ,its full of crap and not good fir business at all Im pissed.. User's recommendation: Nope not at all.
