Ordered goods for dispatch in two weeks. Took the money from my account almost immediately after ordering and all I have received is a series of broken dispatch date promises, then referring me to a 'DHL tracking site' that showed no movement for more than 10 days. DHL is an excellent company which usually deliver in two days. The Mastercard company was given the full details and correspondence and reclaimed the money. HoWig now claim I have broken a contract with them and demanding money!!! User's recommendation: Read the real reviews before ordering and don't be caught in my situation.
