This company is a joke. The preyed on older people who were vulnerable. They talk a good talking but do not stand behind anything. Mom has had nothing but problems since she got the tub. First when the tub was installed the hot water would barely come through the faucet...installer blamed it on our pipes but did nothing, I continued to work on it finally getting it to work correctly. Next mom couldn’t pull the shower *** up to turn the shower on, it always seemed to stick. Then the jets quit working. Every time we called they said they would send someone out, but never did. Then I would just get an answering machine with no return call and you got it now disconnected phone. Why because the have gone out of business and she still owes on it. Very irritated
