System failure – lost £600 on top of £1000’s

Cold called, telling us our solar panels could get a free health check. The ‘surveyor’ tells us that solar panels are prone to fire. That we would see an increase of 25% by adding new equipment. Instead, Solarplants rips out our perfectly working goods, and replaces with equipment that doesn’t work. This was in December, and the system has not worked since May. We have lost the usual generation over the entire summer months which I put at £600 or so, and to think we paid many thousands for it is mind blowing. Solarplants have now passed our details onto ESE services to fix our system. They too I suspect will want paying.
