I have been ordering from 24HourWristbands for 4+ years and have had generally a very positive experience. I order the same blank item every single time. On my last order, I ordered the same blank product and they changed it, adding a tag that was not shown in any photos in the listing or description. When I called within the 3 day time period to return the items, they told me it was not their fault and they wouldnt take them back unless I paid to ship them back and paid a 25% restocking fee. This was after fighting with the customer service person for 15 minutes. Honestly, I've rarely encountered a company that cares so little about customer service and this left such a bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately, there are other companies who would gladly take my business. User's recommendation: I have found a new supplier and will not be ordering from this company again.
