I have paid for dvds from tvondvdaddict.com a month ago and received nothing. Their site was respectable and they were registered vendors through Moneybookers, so I presumed they were above board. After the transaction, I heard nothing for a few days. Received an email confirming the order, as well as notification that the order status had been updated. Then nothing. In the last few days, they have closed their site altogether. They need to be investigated and prosecuted (can anyone advise which agency does this in the USA, and where we report online fraud?). I have also lodged a complaint with Moneybookers for facilitating a fraudulent operator.
