Supplier marketing a product but sending a completely different product

I purchased a mobile nail printer online through their website but they sent me an led nail lamp not only is the product not what is pictured in my invoice or my receipt but when I contacted the company about this they refused to send me the correct product and said the best they could do is send me an $8 refund even though this product cost me over $100
