Superior Eye Care (2906 N Broadway, Chicago) cannot be trusted. They charged me $511.25 for a year's supply on contact lenses. They delivered ONE PAIR of contact lenses that did not properly correct my vision. When I returned them, the Asian man who seems to run the place tried to cheat me in two different ways. First, when I told him that these lenses did not correct my vision properly, he agreed to make a second try to do so. However, he would not guarantee that -- if he was unable to fit me with a pair that corrected my vision properly -- that he would return my money. When I tried to leave the lenses for him to try again, he refused to accept them and threw them on the floor. So within a few minutes he made a service commitment and broke it. The man is not honest. Second, he claims that I only need one pair of lenses to last a whole year -- instead of providing me with new lenses every three months which is common practice. So instead of supplying me with a year's worth of contact lenses, this man is trying to get away with having me wear the same pair of contact lenses for a full year. Again, as I said above, the man is not honest. I would avoid anyone to find someone else to provide contact lenses. There is no reason to open yourself up to dealing with someone who would promise to assist by trying taking a second attempt to provide properly working contact lenses and, minutes later, refuse to accept the lenses that did not work properly and proceed to make the second attempt.
