I inadvertently ordered the wrong pistol sights for my EZ shield 9mm Smith and wesson pistol....Ive been trying to get in touch with Truglo for The past month and a half...via phone and emails..to no avail. I even canceled payment Thru my Amex card and still nothing....all I want is to exchange them for the correct sights for my pistol...I phoned them again today...no human contact just voice mail.... Who knows..maybe the fifth time is a charm(yeah right) User's recommendation: Stay away...if their customer svc is this shoddy..how good can their products be?
