We bought a nice 10'x12' soft top gazebo for the back yard. The fit of the canopy is super tight on the frame and after re-installing the canopy after the winter season the straps on the canopy corners break while stretching the fabric over the corner frame. We have been trying to obtain a replacement canopy from Sunjoy for a couple years now, with each call ending in frustration. They are clueless. User's recommendation: Think twice before buying any item from Sunjoy.
