Hi, I purchased sunglasses last Dec. 19, 2020. The left lens continually is loose. I stopped in at the Green Bay location and asked that they secure it somehow. I did sign up for the protection plan. I understand the policy regarding the upcharge for the lens and the frame. I don't need to have the lens replaced. They stated that the frame expanded. I feel that is a workmanship issue. I can't control the way the frame performs as it ages. I just the wanted the lens secure. I asked that they glue it in. Why spend so much for a glasses with no customer service whatsoever. This is an expensive pair of sunglasses, Oakleys. Aren't they suppose to be somewhat for the athletic person? Will never purchase another pair. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! User's recommendation: Poor salesmanship, product warranties not explained.
