I placed my order, paid for rush delivery, when received the sleeves were too long, I returned the package the next day. That was a month ago - no refund. Received a confirmation that they received my package 10 days later, email said my refund should take 5-7 business days. Three and a half weeks - no refund. Filling out a customer service form on their website errors out when you try to send. Waiting on the phone to speak with a human takes over one and a half hours. This is ridiculous! Do not order from this company!
