Suggestions to connect Yamaha 2100 with pc

I am using yahama 2100 and E303. Both are old models but am still using. Because both are good and 2100 output is best . I want to connect my 2100 keyboard with pc but not connecting I tried many plugins and USB midi software but all are failed to connect. Please suggest me the correct software to connect with my pc .
