I am complaining because I had micrbladineg of my eyebrows, permanent lip liner and permanent eyeliner performed by Sue on 07/16/2021. I paid a total of $690.00 for these service that did not include a Groupon for $275.00 that my husband had purchased for my Birthday for me. This facility was dirty unsanitized and just not up to healthcare standards. Sue performed the above services in a very sloppy painful and unsanitized manner. It was too late to not have the services done by the time I realized the shop conditions. After having the procedures I was bruised for 1 week and had to take antibiotics for pre-cautionary infection reasons. The permanent makeup I received was un-informed faded and was deformed after one week after bruising and swelling went down. I had texted and called Sue to hopefully be refunded or have her refer me to someone that could correct her disfigurement. she has ignored my calls. I am very disappointed and will have to spend additional money to have what she has done undone. In the meantime I have had to endure the outer appearance and go on with my daily lifework home family.
