I was told I could chose my due date not true! I was not told I would have a 290.00 extra charge every freaking month from centerpoint so now I have a 21.36 late fee and an extra 200 fee. I should have just stayed witgvreliant! And you absolutely can’t speak to someone who speaks English nor someone to help! Would I recommend them *** no. Now I’m stuck in a contract I can’t get out of. I take care of both parents ! My mom whom has Alzheimer’s and my 5 year old! How the heck can I pay a 600 light bill???
