Bad service and then require $25 to port out MY number

They require a minimum deposit of $25 which they draw from for your service. There is no accountability for wrong charges. You cannot understand the non-English speaking reps. For each minute they charge 25 cents. You will see your bill without to see which numbers called you and you are charged for what. They add extra minutes on your bill.
