Update by user May 22, 2021 Even with a new battery mouse is not working Original review posted by user May 22, 2021 I bought a mouse on sep-2020 and it stopped working on February 2021. When I tried contacting customer care, they gave a number to contact which is in other district. He asked me to courier the mouse. For claiming a warranty for product worth around 700 I have to spend around 200 for courier. When again tried contacting customer care, there is no proper response. They don't have proper customer care number or email id. Every support person is pointing someone else and saying I am not responsible for this.
