After choosing and paying for the top of the line dentures they do not fit and are poor quality. After taking our money Dr. Baezad and her staff became rude and unprofessional. My husband is handicapped and doesn't drive and when I asked for an early or late appointment I was told that I could come early if I wanted but that he wouldn't be seen until later. They did not want me to help him to the back and get him settled in the chair and were rude when I insisted. After a mouth full of extractions we were given Dr. Baezad's number to call if there were any problems and when I left a message she never called back. When I took my husband to get the poor fitting dentures adjusted she wanted to charge $180 for a reline of the top even though we paid around $350 for a "new denture wearer package" and she said that the lower partial was for cosmetic purposes only and should be taken out to eat. Shame on them!
